Graduate Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Architect to join a leading consultancy with studios across Australia. The role offers end‑to‑end project exposure, working on industrial, commercial, education, residential, interiors and masterplanning projects. The practice values people‑first design, strong communication and sustainable outcomes. You will work closely with experienced architects and gain mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with design and documentation from briefing through to completion.
• Undertake allocated project tasks and support delivery of project objectives.
• Attend coordination meetings and liaise with consultants and stakeholders.
• Assist with project administration, including meeting agendas, minutes and documentation.
• Attend site visits during construction and support contract administration tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with internal quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 2+ years’ experience within a professional architecture practice.
• Exposure to concept design, design development and documentation phases.
• Understanding of NCC, BCA, Australian Standards and construction methodology.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in CAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in InDesign.
