Graduate Adventure Travel Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate to support the planning and delivery of premium adventure travel experiences. Based in our Narrabeen office, you will work behind the scenes to ensure every tour runs smoothly, gaining hands‑on exposure to the adventure tourism industry.

Key responsibilities

• Book boutique hotels and other accommodation for tours.
• Coordinate helicopters, transport, and unique experiences.
• Organise restaurant reservations and group meals.
• Liaise with tourism suppliers across Australia and overseas.
• Prepare operational documents, rooming lists and other tour paperwork.
• Assist guides and support tours while they are on the road.
• Manage last‑minute changes and provide quick solutions.
• Verify that all details are accurate and complete.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in tourism, business, events, communications or a related field, or a strong passion for travel and operations.
• Extremely detail‑oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Solution‑driven, proactive and organised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner, adaptable and enthusiastic about delivering great guest experiences.
