About the role

Join Byfields' Graduate Accountant Program to gain hands‑on experience across tax, business advisory and accounting services while being supported by experienced mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with taxation, business advisory and accounting tasks.
• Work with industry‑leading software such as Xero, MYOB and Agrimaster.
• Develop technical and client‑relationship skills through real client projects.
• Participate in tax planning, special projects and business improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently completing or recently completed an accounting degree.
• Curious, proactive and eager to develop professionally.
• Strong communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Team player ready to contribute and grow.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (advantageous).
• Experience or willingness to learn Xero, MYOB and Agrimaster.
