Graduate Accountant - Audit & Assurance

About the role

Bentleys SA/NT is growing and is looking for a Graduate Accountant to join its Audit & Assurance team. You will work from day one on real client engagements alongside experienced auditors, learning the technical and professional skills needed to become a trusted advisor. The position is permanent and ongoing, and requires permanent working rights in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial, operational and compliance audits
• Assess risks and evaluate internal controls
• Analyse financial information and identify key issues
• Develop practical recommendations and communicate findings to clients
• Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues

Required profile

• A completed Accounting degree
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Genuine intention to pursue the CA ANZ qualification (if not already commenced)
• Previous customer service or client-facing experience showing strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative team approach, with the confidence to work independently
• A curious, problem-solving mindset and a lifelong learner
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
