Grade 2 Physiotherapist

About the role

St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne is hiring a Grade 2 Physiotherapist for its Fitzroy campus, starting in February 2027. The position is permanent part-time, 21 hours per week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, working alongside experienced physiotherapists to deliver patient-centred care. The caseload is acute orthopaedic, vascular and sarcoma surgery, with opportunities to help in spinal surgery and general medical.

Required profile

• Competent team member in orthopaedic clinical practice, able to deliver safe, high-quality patient-centred care
• Minimum of 4 years of postgraduate physiotherapy experience
• Experience managing an orthopaedic caseload and neurology (spinal surgery) is an advantage
• Criminal record and child protection checks are part of the selection criteria
• Compliance with the staff health screening immunisation policy is required
