About the role
A small seaside practice in Bridport, on the north coast of Tasmania, is looking for a GP to join it. The practice is supported by a larger sister practice about twenty minutes away and is currently open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, but is seeking someone to cover four or five days a week. Bridport is described as a laid-back seaside town with beaches, golf courses, fishing and mountain biking.
Required profile
- Qualified GP: MRCGP (UK), MICGP or FRNZGP.
- Available through the AHPRA expedited pathway, or as a FACRRM/FRACGP applicant.
- UK GPs must hold MRCGP and CCT under any RCGP curriculum from 2007.
- Irish GPs must hold MICGP and CSCST from 2009.
- NZ GPs must hold FRNZCGP from 2012 onwards and have completed GPEP.
What we offer
- Salary of AUD$300,000+ per year.
- Relocation incentive of up to AUD$25,000.

- No on-call or after-hours duties.
- Reduced moratorium from 10 years to 7 years.
