Golf Partnerships Manager (NSW)

About the role

Future Golf is looking for an experienced Golf Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of its golf partnerships across New South Wales. The role oversees and expands the portfolio of golf partners, drives operational excellence and helps shape the future of golf participation in the state.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with golf course partners, clubs and industry stakeholders, negotiate new partnerships and manage existing ones.
• Develop the sales pipeline for new on-course and off-course partners in NSW and expand the partnership network across the state.
• Work with the National Events team to schedule events and support member growth and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional service to club partners, regularly assess their feedback and adjust strategies.
• Drive regional partnership growth by identifying new opportunities, building local awareness and promoting Future Golf's offerings.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of golf-related activities in NSW so programs and partnerships run efficiently.
• Report regularly on performance metrics and achievements to the National Partnership Manager and executive team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, industry regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• At least 3 years in a management role in the golf industry, preferably with a club or golf brand, with knowledge of golf operations, stakeholders, business development and event management.
• Experience driving growth with many different stakeholders; comfort with new client discussions and some sales/business development experience desired.
• Tertiary qualification in business management, sports management or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel regularly within the region.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a range of stakeholders.
• Comfortable using CRM and operations management tools and generally computer literate.
