Global Supply Chain & Operations Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Global Supply Chain & Operations Director to lead a fast‑growing consumer products business backed by private equity. Based in Perth, you will report directly to the Executive Leadership Team and be responsible for unifying a multi‑regional network into a high‑performing global centre of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable global operating model covering the consolidation hub in China, six owned warehouses and an extensive 3PL network.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a cross‑cultural team of 30+ professionals across the US, China and Western Australia.
• Own end‑to‑end cost‑to‑serve, manage international inbound freight, Incoterms and landed‑cost optimisation.
• Standardise ERP, WMS and freight platforms to create a single source of truth while driving eco‑friendly packaging and green freight initiatives.
• Foster a proactive safety culture focused on employee well‑being.

Required profile

• 12+ years of senior supply chain and logistics leadership in a matrixed, global environment.
• Proven hands‑on expertise in international freight (especially Asia/China), complex 3PL governance and offshore pick‑and‑pack operations.
• Commercially astute with strong execution mindset; able to resolve performance issues decisively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business (MBA preferred).
