Global Sourcing Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Sourcing Services Manager to lead sourcing activities for operational services and spare parts across Australia. You will work closely with regional stakeholders and global teams to deliver cost‑effective, reliable, and compliant procurement solutions that support wind‑farm operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract award recommendations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for operational services and spare parts, aligning with global procurement objectives and regional business needs.
• Manage key service categories such as crane services, maintenance labour, blade inspection and repair, statutory inspections and spare parts procurement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure quality, reliability and performance.
• Drive supplier performance, identify cost‑optimisation opportunities and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor sourcing activities against budget targets, tracking savings, cost avoidance and procurement performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain Management, preferably within wind, energy, engineering or industrial services sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills with experience in budget management and cost optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of collaborating across regional and global teams.
