Global Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager to join our Sydney headquarters. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will bridge global brand strategy with regional execution, working closely with our worldwide teams, distributors, licensees and collaboration partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HQ marketing contact for global regions, distributors and licensees.
• Roll out seasonal campaigns, marketing assets and sell‑in toolkits across international markets.
• Support regional teams with campaign planning, retail launches and key commercial moments while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop and manage the global and Australian marketing calendars and budgets, reallocating spend based on performance.
• Establish KPIs, measure ROI and report commercial performance of campaigns.
• Lead global collaboration launches, coordinating with external partners across retail, social, PR, events and digital channels.
• Manage brand ambassadors and develop long‑term ambassador strategies.
• Improve marketing and creative processes, systems and workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global or international marketing, brand management and partnership development.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑market campaigns and retail activations.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
