General Practitioner - Longevity & Preventative Medicine

About the role

HealthScreen, Australia's preventative health and longevity clinic, is launching a physician-led longevity clinic inside a premium fitness club in Melbourne, in partnership with a leading fitness operator. The clinic sits in a purpose-built clinical suite and delivers Longevity Memberships to a pre-qualified, health-engaged member base. The General Practitioner will be the doctor at the centre of the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal preventative care to motivated members across a structured membership
• Interpret comprehensive diagnostic and biomarker data and turn it into a clear, personalised preventative strategy
• Prescribe and review physician-led longevity protocols on the basis of individual clinical assessment
• Work within an established clinical governance framework with documented protocols and oversight from the Medical Director

Required profile

• Registered General Practitioner with current unconditional AHPRA registration and current professional indemnity insurance
• Fellowship (FRACGP or FACRRM) or equivalent, with a strong interest in preventative, longevity, integrative or lifestyle medicine
• Comfortable interpreting advanced diagnostics and explaining complex data in plain language
• Comfortable working in a premium, member-facing environment alongside a commercial partner
• Open to occasional public-facing or educational content supporting the program (preferred, not essential)

What we offer

• Remuneration of $300 per hour
• 1 to 2 days per week, growing with the program; Saturday availability preferred but strong candidates who cannot work Saturdays will be considered
• Consultation lengths set by clinical need rather than throughput
• Access to a diagnostic suite and a model that works alongside a member's regular GP, with findings shared back to their usual practice
• Full nursing and concierge support on site, plus a multidisciplinary team including the Medical Director, nurses, nutritionists and the wider clinical network
