About the role

An experienced hospitality professional or management couple is sought to take the lead at a well-established accommodation property in regional New South Wales. The role suits operators with strong motel, hotel or accommodation management experience who enjoy a hands-on, guest-facing position. The property is described as having excellent facilities, onsite accommodation and genuine support from ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Front office and reception operations
• Housekeeping oversight and quality control
• Revenue management
• Guest breakfast preparation as required
• Team leadership and staff support
• Maintenance coordination and refurbishment projects
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and building local community relationships

Required profile

• Previous motel, hotel or accommodation management experience
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Excellent guest service abilities
• Hands-on, solutions-focused approach
• Financial and operational management capability
• Passion for hospitality and regional living

What we offer

• Single General Manager: $80K + superannuation and accommodation
• Management couple option: one full-time GM and one part-time support role averaging 15-25 hours per week, with a combined package of $120K + superannuation and accommodation
