About the role

A Northern Territory-based client specialising in facilities maintenance, cleaning, construction and horticultural services is looking for a reliable, hands-on Gardener / Grounds Maintenance worker. The role involves general gardening and grounds maintenance across the site, keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy and well maintained. It suits someone who enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable with physical work.

Key responsibilities

Lawn mowing and whipper snipping
Edging and weeding
Pruning and hedge trimming
Green waste removal
General site clean-up
Operating common gardening tools and equipment
Assisting with general grounds maintenance duties as required

Required profile

Current driver licence
Current white card
Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Good safety awareness
