Gaming Attendant

About the role

Brighton Beach Hotel, owned and operated by ALH (part of Endeavour Group), is looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests through warm and authentic service. The role requires compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage actively with guests, share your passion for the products and create memorable experiences
• Contribute to a culture of responsibility centred on safety, RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in line with hotel policies and gaming regulations

Required profile

• Good with people, detail and communication, and a team player
• Flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• Current industry RSA, RSG/RCG qualifications and a Gaming License
• Able to handle stock, kegs and deliveries manually; applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
• Completion of employee due diligence checks, which may include a National Police Check
