Full‑Time Sales Assistant – Converse Store

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to join the Converse store at Birkenhead Point. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting store operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, promoting the Converse product range.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle returns.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, energetic atmosphere.
• Follow the rotating roster (Week 1 Mon‑Fri, Week 2 Mon‑Thu & Sun) and adhere to punctuality.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend new products.

Required profile

• Passion for the Converse brand and streetwear culture.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, demonstrate leadership and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and results‑oriented mindset.
