About the role

Join Zambrero’s Coolangatta restaurant as a full‑time team member. You’ll work in a friendly, fast‑paced environment serving fresh Mexican dishes while contributing to the company’s Plate 4 Plate hunger‑relief program.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service with a smile.
• Prepare food according to Zambrero recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Adapt to varying customer volumes and anticipate needs during busy periods.
• Follow food‑handling, safety, and sanitisation standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, dining room, and overall restaurant.
• Assist with any additional tasks that help the restaurant run smoothly.
