Full-time Manufacturing Worker – Sheet Metal Production

About the role

Our client is expanding its production line and needs multiple full‑time manufacturing workers to join a fast‑paced sheet‑metal facility in Eastern Creek, Sydney. The role starts immediately at the Marsden Park site and becomes permanent at the Eastern Creek location from September. You will work day shifts from 6 am to 2:30 pm with the possibility of overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Produce sheet‑metal and aluminium components according to specifications.
• Cut, drill and shape metal using both automated and manual machines.
• Set up machines for accurate cutting and load materials for production runs.
• Assemble finished parts and perform quality checks.
• Measure components, operate saws and drills, and ensure high‑precision output.

Required profile

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, physically demanding environments.
• Willingness to follow strict safety and quality standards.
