About the role

Join JD Sports as a Full‑Time Apparel Sales Assistant on Pitt Street, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced sports fashion environment. You will work Tuesday to Saturday, supporting the store’s sales targets and brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers.
• Provide personalised 1:1 service, answer queries and process sales transactions.
• Collaborate with management and the wider team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness and presentation tasks.
• Escalate customer complaints to management when needed.
• Complete mandatory training on product, policy and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar field.
• Passion for sports fashion and familiarity with key brands.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, high‑energy environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
