About the role

Join JD Sports as a Full-Time Apparel Sales Assistant in Joondalup. You will be the front‑line ambassador for one of the world’s leading sports fashion retailers, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised 1:1 customer service, answering queries and processing sales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers on the latest brands and trends.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Escalate customer complaints to management when needed.
• Complete mandatory training on product, policy and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar field.
• Passion for sports fashion and familiarity with key brands.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
