Full Stack Engineer, Web & Martech

About the role

Join a global education technology organization as a Full Stack Engineer focused on web and marketing technology. You will own the marketing website, technical SEO, analytics and attribution systems, delivering high‑performing, data‑driven digital experiences for lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a multilingual, headless website using React, Next.js, Vercel and Storyblok, creating reusable components, forms and landing pages.
• Manage technical SEO elements (metadata, sitemaps, hreflang, redirects) to ensure strong search visibility.
• Implement performance optimizations such as ISR, edge middleware and CDN caching to meet Core Web Vitals.
• Own web analytics and conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, server‑side tagging and conversion APIs.
• Develop Node.js APIs and webhooks integrating forms with CRM, Supabase, Snowflake and other services.
• Implement automated testing and monitoring to prevent broken forms, tracking gaps and lost leads.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of commercial full‑stack engineering experience with strong front‑end and back‑end capabilities.
• Proven expertise in marketing technology, technical SEO and web performance optimization.
• Experience working remotely and asynchronously across time zones.
• Based in Australia or New Zealand with full working rights.
