Full Stack Developer (React & Python)

About the role

Fujitsu is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the team responsible for enhancing a core GenAI platform. The role combines front‑end work in React with back‑end development using Python and headless services, all deployed within a Microsoft Azure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, debug and enhance user‑facing web features using React.
• Build and maintain backend and headless services with Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic and pytest.
• Interpret, extend and refactor existing code, including AI‑generated components.
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure services such as App Services, Container Registry and Blob Storage.
• Implement authentication flows using OAuth 2.0, JWTs and Entra ID registrations.
• Collaborate with technical leads to isolate issues, improve performance and add new features.
• Participate in testing, continuous improvement and Agile team ceremonies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in web development with React.
• Solid Python knowledge, especially OOP, dependency injection and strategy patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services and containerised deployments.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, WSL and VS Code development workflow.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as RAG, HITL and vectorisation.
