Full Stack Developer

About the role

Auto & General is looking for Full Stack Developers of all levels to shape the future of insurance. You will work in Agile, DevOps‑driven teams building customer‑facing digital experiences and internal applications on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high‑quality, scalable front‑end applications (Angular 2+, JavaScript, TypeScript) and Java micro‑services (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) that meet sprint goals.
• Lead solution architecture, contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements and optimise AWS deployment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and cross‑functional teams throughout development, deployment and support phases.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on software development experience (or strong fundamentals for junior roles).
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (Angular, NgRx, React or Vue) and Java‑based micro‑services.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and ORM technologies.
