Full Stack Developer

About the role

LTM is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications that leverage React on the front‑end and Node.js with AWS services on the back‑end. You will work closely with product, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, pixel‑perfect UI using React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement state management with Redux or Zustand and routing with React Router.
• Build and maintain serverless back‑end services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, EC2, S3).
• Write and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring robust integration between front‑end and back‑end.
• Configure infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, Serverless Framework, AWS CDK, or Terraform.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab Actions) for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor applications with New Relic and CloudWatch, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and implement front‑end testing with Jest/Vitest.

Required profile

• 10+ years of front‑end development experience with a strong focus on React.
• 8+ years of full‑stack software development, primarily with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proven experience designing and deploying serverless architectures on AWS.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
