About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a customer‑focused Full Life Cycle Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across multiple business lines. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume technical positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to design and execute sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
• Set benchmarks, track metrics, and prioritize requisitions to meet hiring targets.
• Develop and communicate detailed hiring plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Lead special projects such as interview best‑practice assessments and senior‑level talent identification.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes to align with Amazon’s customer‑obsessed mission.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to build candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
