Full Life Cycle Recruiter – AWS

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a customer‑focused Full Life Cycle Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across multiple business lines. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a high‑volume, high‑bar environment while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to design and execute sourcing, assessment and closing strategies for technical roles.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, set benchmarks and metrics, and ensure timely delivery against hiring targets.
• Develop and communicate recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines and tracking processes.
• Lead special projects and initiatives to improve interviewing techniques, leverage internal talent pools and identify senior‑level performers.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that align with Amazon’s mission to deliver high‑quality results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to build effective sourcing and closing strategies and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills with a focus on business results.
