FRP Supervisor – Construction & Mining

About the role

RC Construction is seeking an experienced FRP Supervisor to lead fibre‑reinforced polymer installation crews on construction and mining projects in Darwin. You will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate FRP installation crews on site.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources and conduct toolbox talks, pre‑start meetings and site inspections.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors to support delivery.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays.
• Enforce workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising FRP installation in construction and mining.
• Concrete finishing and concrete pump experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Minimum 4‑5 years supervising field crews.
• Strong commitment to health and safety, current driver licence and White Card.
