Front Office Support Officer

About the role

The State Street Global Delivery team seeks an experienced professional to manage day‑to‑day client activities within the Front Office Support (FOS) team. You will act as the primary contact for clients' front office, ensuring timely trade execution and supporting strategic onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for client front office teams, triaging and resolving issues while coordinating with internal groups.
• Track and manage BAU client queries related to Front and Middle Office, ensuring proactive response and accurate Order Management System (OMS) and IBOR records.
• Provide technical support using CRIMS and other front office systems, and contribute analytical insights for change‑request onboarding.
• Participate in regional and global client interactions, service review meetings, and share best practices across teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of investment management operational support experience.
• Strong knowledge of front office systems (Charles River/CRD) and middle office IBOR record‑keeping.
• Understanding of equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and OTC products.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client‑facing skills.
