Minor Hotels is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites. The role involves leading the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the front office team in providing warm welcomes and high‑quality service.
• Oversee daily tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, guaranteeing seamless check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work a rotating roster covering AM and PM shifts, including weekends.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership with prior supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Extensive background in hotel or resort front office operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Strong time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Impeccable presentation and flexibility to work varied schedules.
