Front Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team at a flagship Accor hotel in Darwin. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving key performance metrics and upholding our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Drive performance metrics such as RevPAR, NPS, loyalty enrolment and upselling initiatives.
• Manage room allocation, front desk staffing and daily operational processes.
• Optimize Front Office systems, reporting and collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Reservations.
• Oversee lobby services, porterage and VIP/group guest handling.
• Prepare forecasts and financial reports, ensuring compliance with audit and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within Front Office or a comparable hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership experience in customer‑service focused settings.
• Strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and revenue‑management principles.
• Track record of managing rosters and controlling costs to meet budgets.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
