Front Office Assistant Manager – Yulara

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT. You will lead the front office team, ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, and act as a role model in all guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee training, development and performance management of front office team members in consultation with the Front Office Manager.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, checklists and standards.
• Maintain continuous communication between the front desk, concierge and housekeeping to deliver seamless service.
• Supervise day‑to‑day front office operations and ensure high‑quality guest service.
• Utilise Opera Cloud (or similar PMS) to manage reservations and guest information.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to live and work onsite at the resort.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Opera Cloud (experience highly regarded).
