Front Office Assistant Manager (On‑site)

About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort as a Front Office Assistant Manager and lead a dedicated team in one of Australia’s most iconic locations. Based in Yulara, you will live onsite and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office activities, including reception, concierge and coordination with housekeeping.
• Oversee training, development and performance management of front office staff in partnership with the Front Office Manager.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, checklists and service standards.
• Maintain open communication channels between front desk, concierge and housekeeping to deliver seamless service.
• Act as a role model in guest interactions, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Ability to work onsite and live in a remote community.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera Cloud property management system.
