About the role
KordaMentha is looking for a professional Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact for its Brisbane office. This role blends reception duties with administrative support, offering exposure to corporate operations and the chance to develop stakeholder‑engagement and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and manage general inquiries.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants and the office support team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Draft and finalise correspondence, create PDFs, and assist with internal mail‑outs.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, signage, and ensure reception, kitchen, and print rooms meet corporate standards.
- Manage boardroom and meeting‑room bookings, preparing spaces for presentations.
- Coordinate catering, logistics, and setup for internal meetings and marketing events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier arrangements.
- Keep records of security passes, password databases, and job listing boards up to date.
Required profile
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior staff and external visitors.
