Founding Recruiter

About the role

coreflow is looking for its first recruiter to build a world‑class talent acquisition function from the ground up. You will own end‑to‑end hiring as the company scales from a small team to hundreds of employees, shaping both process and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for senior and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, negotiating offers and onboarding.
• Design and implement the recruiting stack (ATS, scorecards, structured interview guides) and develop a sustainable sourcing engine.
• Craft and promote the employer brand to deliver a memorable candidate experience.
• Continuously improve hiring metrics and processes as the organization grows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with technical hiring in a high‑growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build sourcing pipelines and close hard‑to‑reach talent.
• Strong ownership mindset and a track record of delivering results end‑to‑end.
• High motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced startup.
