Forklift Operator / Store Person

About the role

Australian Country Choice is looking for two motivated Store Persons/Forklift Operators to join its Stores & Procurement team. Reporting to the Store Supervisor, you will help maintain safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations supporting high‑quality meat product supply.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and process daily requisitions using an RF scanner.
• Operate a LF forklift safely to load and unload deliveries.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all incoming materials.
• Perform stocktaking, stock rotation and inventory control activities.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping to the highest standards.
• Uphold safety, accuracy, service and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Current LF Forklift License.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Ability to work from 5 am daily in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical capability to perform the role (pre‑employment medical required).
• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (highly regarded).
