Forklift Driver - Dandenong South

About the role

HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting a forklift operator for a global beauty leader's large distribution centre in Dandenong South. The role is temporary, with shifts between Monday and Friday and weekend shifts available in busy periods. It suits someone who wants training and the chance to move into a long-term position.

Key responsibilities

• Bulk picking: use high-reach forklifts and buggies to pick and label products.
• Replenishment: allocate stock in the warehouse using high-reach forklifts and RF scanners.
• Work across various warehouse areas, including different sections of the warehouse.

Required profile

• Forklift experience of at least 6 months; high-reach forklift experience desirable.
• Current and valid LF forklift licence.
• Knowledge of operating a forklift in racking within a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and a safety-conscious approach.
• A desire to secure a long-term opportunity.

Required skills

• RF scanner knowledge.
• Understanding of a Warehouse Management System.
• Positive, professional attitude and eagerness to do well.
