Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift Driver (Temporary, Multiple Shifts)

About the role

HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a transport and logistics company to recruit experienced counterbalance and high-reach forklift drivers to support its expanding operations in Dandenong South, Victoria. This is a temporary position covering multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Complete general yard-hand duties
• Strap trucks
• Manually handle items weighing up to 25kg
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Required profile

• A valid LF High Risk Work Licence
• Previous counterbalance and/or high-reach forklift experience
• Experience in warehousing, transport or distribution
• Physical ability to perform manual handling duties
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive, safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to obtain or pass a police check
• Full availability for the nominated shift
