Foreign Currency Sales Consultant (Part Time)

About the role

Travel Money Oz, part of the Flight Centre group, sells foreign currency solutions to holidaymakers. It is looking for a part-time Foreign Currency Sales Consultant in Woden, ACT, working a 7-day roster with availability on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. You will advise customers on foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards and international money transfers, and share your own tips and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards and international money transfers
• Provide advice and recommendations to customers on their trips
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets

Required profile

• Interest in travel
• Customer service skills, good listening and conversational ability
• Ability to manage time and organise work
• Attention to detail

Required skills

• Mathematic ability and quick, precise calculation
• Sales focus and problem-solving for customers
