Food & Beverage Supervisor Part-Time

About the role

Join Mövenpick Hotel Hobart as a Food & Beverage Supervisor on a part‑time basis, leading a team to deliver premium restaurant, bar, in‑room dining and conference services. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team during service, setting the pace and leading by example.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations across the restaurant, bar, in‑room dining and events.
• Motivate staff, foster a positive culture and maintain high service standards.
• Handle guest requests, resolve complaints and ensure a calming influence in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
• Enthusiastic hospitality mindset, inspiring the team to create unforgettable experiences.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry (highly desired).
• Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated high‑quality service standards.
