Food & Beverage – Attendant, Bar Attendant & Supervisor (Part‑time)

About the role

AccorHotel’s Mövenpick Hotel Hobart is hiring for several part‑time positions in its Food & Beverage team, including F&B Supervisor, Bar Attendant and F&B Attendant. Join a dynamic environment where hospitality is delivered with heart.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in smooth operation of the F&B department and create a seamless dining experience.
• Animate the restaurant and bar with creative activations and events.
• Shake, stir, pour and serve drinks with flair while maintaining a clean, stocked bar.
• Support day‑to‑day restaurant operations, clear and reset tables, and maintain tidy service areas.
• Explain menus, accommodate special dietary needs, and recommend wines and beverages.
• Assist with event setups in conference suites and the restaurant.

Required profile

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a calm nature in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player able to assist across all F&B areas during peak times.
