Food & Beverage Attendant - Restaurant and Bar

About the role

Sheraton, part of Marriott International, is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant for its restaurant and bar in Sydney, NSW, on a part-time basis. The role sits at the heart of the guest experience, supporting the F&B team in delivering excellent service and keeping the outlet clean.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations
• Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and make sure all checklists are completed daily, with attention to detail
• Handle general enquiries and create guest experiences tailored to their requirements
• Support the Food and Beverage team with general operational tasks
• Build relationships with existing and new guests so they return and book again

Required profile

• A current RSA (food handler certificate)
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Working rights in Australia
• Enthusiasm to grow a career, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
