Food & Beverage Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach team as a Food & Beverage Attendant and deliver refined a la carte service in a five‑star luxury setting. You will work across our signature restaurant, the Room 81 Bar, banquet areas and gaming venues, providing memorable dining experiences for Accor Live Limitless and Sofitel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests with polished, attentive service in the restaurant, bar and banquet spaces.
• Prepare and present cocktails and beverages to the highest standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Personalise each guest’s experience, handling inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Previous experience as a food and beverage attendant, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Attention to detail, confidence in a high‑end hospitality setting, and a passion for food and wine.
• Availability to work an average of 38 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• RSG certification (highly regarded for gaming environments).
