Food and Beverage Attendant - Western Hotel

About the role

The Western Hotel in Port Augusta is looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant, described as a true 'people person' with a passion for pub food and drinks. The role is on the front line of the bar and floor, from the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, and is a hands-on position.

Key responsibilities

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is memorable
• Share your passion for the products and recommend the right meal or drink to each guest
• Deliver top-notch customer service so every interaction is fun and memorable
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and when legally able

Required profile

• Able to handle guests warmly and pay attention to the small details
• Team player motivated to create a great experience for guests and colleagues
• Current RSA certificate and flexible availability
• Ability to lift and move stock, kegs and deliveries safely and efficiently; applicants must meet the inherent requirement for manual handling
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset
