Food and Beverage Attendant - Sail and Anchor

About the role

Sail and Anchor, a venue in Fremantle run by Endeavour Group, is looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant. It is a hands-on, people-focused role where the Attendant is the face of the floor, welcoming guests and recommending meals and drinks. The position is casual.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with guests and make every visit memorable
• Share your passion for the products and recommend the right meal or drink
• Deliver strong customer service throughout the day, from opening to closing
• Keep standards high and ensure the guest experience is outstanding

Required profile

• Natural at making people feel welcome and attentive to the small details
• Team player motivated to create a great experience for guests and colleagues
• Current RSA certificate and flexible availability
• Able to handle and lift items such as stock, kegs and deliveries safely and efficiently
