About the role

Join the newly opened Flaminia restaurant at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour as a Food and Beverage Attendant. You will be part of a high‑volume, upscale Italian‑seafood dining team delivering refined coastal cuisine with stunning harbour views.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and provide personalised recommendations from the Italian‑focused wine list and seafood specials.
• Take orders accurately, respecting dietary requirements and ensuring timely service.
• Deliver polished table service, including wine pours, dish presentation and proactive check‑backs.
• Maintain venue standards during peak periods and support seamless team coordination.
• Uphold Accor Heartist values and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in upscale restaurant service.
• Proven wine knowledge and ability to upsell.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and events.
• RSA certificate, professional appearance and alignment with Accor values.
