Floating Executive Care Manager (Facility Manager)

About the role

Montefiore, a Sydney-based aged care provider, is offering a permanent full-time floating role for an Executive Care Manager (Facility Manager) following an internal promotion. Working across three campuses, the role covers one of eight units and involves overseeing the delivery of quality care and services to cover managers' leave and support the team. It reports to the General Manager of Residential Care and sits within an interdisciplinary structure of clinical, allied health and hotel services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of quality care and services in one unit, covering managers' leave and supporting the team
• Work on special projects and quality improvement initiatives, plus other ad hoc tasks
• Lead workforce and financial management
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, community partners and regulatory bodies

Required profile

• Current RN registration with AHPRA
• Previous management and operational experience in the aged care industry
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care, Health Administration or equivalent highly regarded
• Strong understanding of aged care regulations and quality frameworks
• Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative, empowering approach to team development
