Fleet Supervisor - Delivery Experience Lead

About the role

ANC, an Australian-owned last-mile delivery and direct-to-consumer services provider, is looking for a Delivery Experience Lead / Transport Supervisor / Fleet Supervisor in Wacol, QLD. The role manages and optimises the fleet of Delivery Professionals (drivers), supporting their onboarding, retention, performance and training, and helps deliver the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver onboarding, build strong relationships with drivers and drive high retention rates
• Lead performance reviews, identify areas for improvement and run strategies to improve performance
• Foster a safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies and reporting requirements
• Work with internal teams to give drivers the tools and resources needed to meet operational and client goals
• Identify inefficiencies, optimise processes and contribute to continuous improvement in fleet operations

Required profile

• Relevant experience in an operational role, ideally in transport or delivery
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance and build relationships
• Experience in performance management, budget tracking and process improvement
• Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in the transport industry
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a regular schedule or based on business needs
• Full working rights in Australia
