Fleet Allocations Coordinator (Moonah)

About the role

As a Fleet Allocations Coordinator at DHL Supply Chain, you will ensure that daily warehouse logistics run smoothly by managing fleet operations, scheduling routes and supporting a fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day fleet management, including route planning and delivery coordination.
• Schedule and allocate vehicles to meet operational demands.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor fleet performance, focusing on systems, procedures and continuous improvement.
• Manage Compliance Operational Requirements (COR) with emphasis on load restraint and fatigue management.
• Start each shift at 8:30 am, ensuring timely execution of tasks.

Required profile

• Recent experience in freight fleet allocations.
• Strong background in transport logistics and road fleet management.
• Extensive knowledge of the Tasmania metropolitan area.
• Ability to work under stringent time frames in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
