Fixed-Term Educator – 9-Month Contract

About the role

The Fixed‑Term Educator will join a lululemon store on Albert Street for a nine‑month contract, delivering world‑class guest experiences and product expertise. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them discover and enjoy our performance apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Deliver technical product education, explaining the benefits and features of lululemon apparel.
• Execute seamless transactions, including in‑store purchases, online‑order pickups, phone sales and ship‑from‑store services.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for teammates and guests.
