Fitness Trainer – Tuggeranong

About the role

Join BravoFit’s growing team in Tuggeranong as a Fitness Trainer. You will help members achieve their personal fitness goals in a welcoming, judgement‑free environment while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the club.

Key responsibilities

• Design personalised exercise programmes based on members’ experience, medical background and goals.
• Deliver group and one‑on‑one training sessions during PE @ PF hours.
• Submit completed training plans and workout logs to the General Manager for review.
• Perform front‑desk duties when not training, including membership sales, cancellations, file maintenance, club tours, information calls, daily cleaning and restocking of paper products.
• Inspect Matrix and Life Fitness equipment, AED units and other hardware for faults, report issues and conduct weekly oiling of equipment.
• Monitor the “30‑minute Express” area to ensure appropriate use.

Required profile

• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Upbeat, motivating attitude with punctual and organised work habits.

Required skills

• Certificate III in Fitness.
• Certificate IV in Fitness.
