Fintech Senior Consultant – Front & Middle Office Integration

About the role

State Street is seeking a Senior Fintech Consultant to lead implementations of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) for front and middle‑office integration. You will work with large institutional clients, ensuring the solution meets their business needs and is ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementation projects, analysing client requirements and providing product expertise.
• Assist the Professional Services team, develop best practices, and support sales opportunities with presentations and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies, advise on best practices, and monitor requirements for product enhancements.
• Communicate defects to Client Support and Product Management, validate fixes, and suggest documentation improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing mission‑critical financial solutions, preferably in a bank, hedge fund, asset manager or wealth management firm.
• Strong knowledge of middle‑office workflows, security life‑cycle events, corporate actions, daily cash, position and transaction reconciliation.
• Proven customer‑service record with ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience with post‑trade workflows and trade confirmation platforms such as CTM and TradeNeXus.
• Understanding of multi‑tier technical architectures, messaging systems and relational database structures.
